Nice, fresh salad mix with a good variety of lettuces!
But be sure to wash it really well, otherwise you might have a little slug crawl out and visit you on your plate, like my boyfriend did. That gave us a good laugh, but being in food service, we understand that it happens sometimes, especially with really fresh salad mix.
