Inspired by the piquant Mexican soup brimming with hominy and chiles, and loaded with bold flavors, we've created a starter that is meatless and gluten-free for everyone to enjoy. We use organic chiles and hominy sourced within Oregon.
How to use: Use add one cup of protein (meat, fish, vegetables) to one jar. Heat on stovetop at a gentle boil for 10 minutes. Have a pozole party!
